About the event: On September 21, Robinson Street in Downtown Orlando will be car free for Ciclovia. City of Orlando awarded Silver Circle Award

Bret Thomas, a graphic artist in the Office of Communications & Neighborhood Relations and the Green Works Orlando team recently received the Silver Circle Award at the 2014 Savvy Awards. The group was recognized for the graphic design of Mayor Dyer’s 2013 Green Works Orlando Community Action Plan among cities with populations over 85,000. The Savvy Awards competition recognizes outstanding local government achievements in communications, public-sector marketing and citizen-engagement relationships.
